  Terrible service, both times I ordered online from them they called me and told me they couldn't make my pizza because they only had thin crust and they couldn't deliver my pizza. which is understandable for it to happen once but I ordered again a week later and they told me they couldn't make my pizza the way I ordered it and I had to go get my pizza instead of having it delivered. This has never happen except when certain people are working there. Going to Dominos from now on.

  Horrible experience at this location. Ordered ahead of time and gave an additional 10 minutes before pick up (grabbed gas at the station). Went through an entire 'act' of looking for my 2 pizzas and wings (wings were untouched in the baskets- as I could see them). No apologizes, but stated they would have to 'remake' my order. Could not even maintain eye contact with me. Corporate sent couple of coupons for free pizzas as way of an apology. Nice they expired within a month. Refused to use them at this location. Plenty of better pizza and pasta places within the area. (Dominos, Maria's, Antonio's...to name a few) . And they understand CUSTOMER SERVICE. Oh...and they have coupons as well...since that was the ONLY reason I gave that Pizza Hut a chance.
